Sentencing for petrol thief adjourned

Sentencing was adjourned for a 32-year-old woman who has admitted stealing more than £140 worth of unleaded fuel from four different petrol stations.

Charmaine Reed, of Clewer New Town, Windsor, was due to be sentenced at Reading Magistrates' Court on Monday, but will now appear on Monday, November 19.

She has pleaded guilty to making off without paying four times.

Reed has pleaded guilty to stealing petrol from garage forecourts on August 8 and 11 in Colnbrook, on August 10 in Beaconsfield and on August 26 in Langley.

She is on unconditional bail.
