Tomorrow is the last day of trading for the John Goodwin Menswear in Peascod Street in Windsor.
The shop is closing after more than 40 years and discounts of up to 70 per cent are expected.
John Goodwin opened its doors in 1959 and was owned by twice Chamber of Commerce president David Jessey, whose sons Dan and Alexander later took over the management.
The brothers are in early discussions about a new clothing business venture that they hope can also be based in Windsor. But they say it is still 'early days'.
