Famous television choirmaster Gareth Malone makes a surprise appearance in Oakfield First School's Christmas show this week.
He is played by pupil George Grewal in a play called The Christmas Choir, written by headteacher Roz Sendorek. It tells what happens when 'Gareth' sets out to create a choir from all over the world.
Cobblers from Copenhagen mix with car wash employees in the USA. Then the shepherds and the wise men appear from history and demand to be included too.
Pupils from Oakfield, which is in Imperial Road, Windsor, will be taking part in the Young Voices Choir concert at London's 02 in January. It will be performed by 5,000 children, 42 of them from Oakfield.
Roz said: "I have worked the songs and dances they will be doing at the 02 into our Christmas show at the school. So it is all good practice."
