Sentencing awaits two men who have both admitted jointly assaulting a man in March.
Jake Barnes, 23, and Brian Barnes, 60, of Perrycroft, Windsor, pleaded guilty to actual bodily harm (ABH) at Reading Crown Court last week where a Newton Hearing was held.
The hearing was held as both had disputed the crown's evidence when they jointly attacked Lukasz Porcentko on March 7 at an address in Windsor.
They will be sentenced at the same court on January 11 and are on conditional bail.
