Trapped shoppers had to be rescued by firefighters after a lift broke down at Marks and Spencer yesterday afternoon.
One appliance from Windsor fire station rushed to the Peascod Street store at around 12.30pm.
It took 20 minutes to reset the system on the lift and free its passengers.
