Trial delayed for mum who denies murdering 11-month-old son
Reading Crown Court

The trial of a mum who denied murdering her 11-month-old son has been delayed.

Emma Wilson, of Paddock Close, Windsor, pleaded not guilty to the charge at Reading Crown Court on August 20 last year and was due to return for the full trial today.

The 24-year-old will now face trial at the Old Bailey in London on June 3.

Her son Callum died at John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford on March 20, 2011, and Wilson spent almost a year on bail before being charged with murder by Thames Valley Police on February 28 last year.
