A mum-of-two from Windsor is featured in a well-known women's fitness magazine after losing three dress sizes.
Erin Kurt, 39, appears in the February issue of Zest magazine.
The parenting and life coach, who runs ErinParenting, went from 10st 11lb to 8st 6lb using a diet delivery service.
She said: "My weight gain came to a head when I had my second child, Kaia, now 17 months, and put on two and a half stone, taking me up to a size 16.
"I felt unsexy and mumsy, but after looking after Kaia and Emre, five, all day, I had no energy left for exercise."
She signed up to Diet Chef and went from a size 16 to size 10.
Erin said: "After three months, I was down to a size12-14.
"I was so pleased with my progress that I decided to keep going with my new lower-carb regime, and my energy levels felt stable for the first time in years, whichmeant that I didn’t need to snack on toast anymore."
