Liquid nightclub in Windsor will not be shutting despite the collapse of the company that owns it.
The club in William Street is one of 76 establishments owned by Luminar, which went into administration yesterday.
Luminar has suffered declining customers in the last five years.
The economic downturn has left clubbers with less money to spend and newly-liberalised licensing laws led to a massive increase in competition.
Spokesman for the company Stephen Lynn said today it was understood the administrators would look for a buyer for all the clubs, which would stay open and running for the foreseeable future.
