Hollywood actress Anna Friel treated two police officers to tea and biscuits while they attended a crash near her home in Windsor.
The officers were called to the scene near Kings Road after reports of a car spinning off the road.

While waiting for the car to be recovered, they were surprised by the Marcella star who emerged from her home with an array of treats.
The 41-year-old posted on Instagram yesterday (Sunday) describing the response from the emergency services as ‘phenomenal’.
She said: “This is why we pay our taxes. These guys were phenomenal.
“About to go to bed and hear a smash outside my front door.
“The emergency services were here within four minutes. The roads hadn’t been gritted.
“All involved in the instance were OK thank goodness.
“Note. Be kind to those that are ready to help; even if you are not involved.”
Thames Valley Police also posted on social media thanking the actress for her kind words and treats.
UPDATE 15:06pm: Thames Valley Police have confirmed the biscuits were ginger flavoured from Fortnum and Mason.
