Mum accused of murdering son Callum due to enter plea

A plea will be entered in June by a Windsor mum accused of the murder of her son.

Emma Wilson, of Paddock Close, appeared at Reading Crown Court yesterday.

The 24-year-old had been on bail since her 11-month-old son Callum died at John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford almost a year ago, on March 20.

The Thames Valley and Chiltern Prosecution Service authorised officers from Thames Valley police to charge her with murder on Tuesday.

Wilson was granted bail yesterday to return to Reading Crown Court on June 20 for a plea and case management hearing.
