A police officer from Windsor Police Station charged with fraud will enter a plea on July 3.
Detective Sergeant Narinder Sahota, 49, will answer 17 counts at Bristol Crown Court.
He is charged with nine counts of obtaining a mortgage by deception, five counts of defrauding HMRC, and three counts of perjury.
His wife Rajinder Sahota, 50, also faces four counts of obtaining a mortgage by deception and three counts of defrauding HMRC and will enter a plea at the same hearing.
