Businesses and homes in Windsor's main shopping district are still without power after an electrical fault last night.
Southern Electric said 21 customers in Peascod Street have been affected since 10.15pm yesterday - due to a faulty underground low voltage cable.
Lights are out at Laura Ashley, the Santander bank, and other retail outlets.
Engineers from the energy firm are on site and hope to have power back on sometime this afternoon.
A spokeswoman apologised for the ongoing black-out.
