A composer with a love of of African songs will be joining Windsor's Royal Free Singers and Dedworth Middle School Children's Choir in a concert on Saturday.
The performers will be singing Zimbe! a celebration of African songs composed by Alexander L'Estrange who will accompany them with his jazz quintet Call me Al.
Karen Usher from the Royal Free Singers said: "We regularly promote the work of contemporary choral composers and we are very fortunate that this composer has taken a couple of rehearsals with the choirs and will be performing with them.
"There will also be a performance by the G:Force gospel choir from Formby High School who are touring at the moment. The concert will be fun, moving and get your toes tapping, so please come along to Windsor Parish Church on Saturday at 7.30pm."
