Former Olympic 400-metre finalist Tim Benjamin will launch a state-of-the-art fitness centre in Windsor on August 4.
The 12,000 sq ft Five Star Health and Fitness in Vale Road will house five zones of fitness action for families through to elite level and international athletes.
The Olympian (left) has set up the new centre with former Virgin director Matt Walton and GFM director Alex Wheater.
Tim said the aim was to provide a facility where beginners can work alongside elite athletes at their 'own pace' to do things correctly, while getting the right information.
Zones will include a functional zone, cardio zone, strength zone, mind and body zone and a mixed martial arts zone.
