A not guilty plea has been entered by a 45-year-old man from Windsor charged with playing a key role in a mortgage loan fraud worth more than £30million.
Mark Entwistle, of Kings Road, denied playing a part at Croydon Crown Court on Wednesday.
Entwistle is charged with 23 counts of conspiracy to defraud and conspiracy to commit fraud by false representation.
Seven other men are also facing varying numbers of fraud charges in relation to allegations made by lenders, who claim loans more than £30million were fraudulently obtained.
All are on conditional bail and will stand trial at the same court on April 15, 2013.
