Trial awaits a 25-year-old who allegedly drove through a car park exit barrier in Windsor to avoid having to pay a £2.50 fee.
Damon Denham, of Kingsbury Drive, Old Windsor, is accused of smashing his way through the King Edward Court car park barrier, worth £1,000, on June 5.
He denied the charges on August 6 at Reading Magistrates' Court and will appear at the same court on November 6.
Mr Denham is on unconditional bail.
