A suspect charged with shouting homophobic abuse to his neighbours at an address in Windsor had his case adjourned today.
Stewart Harding, of Hanover Way, appeared at Reading Magistrates' Court to face one count of harassment by shouting abuse between June 27 to November 21 last year.
Magistrates adjourned as a 400-page report to be used in evidence from Radian Housing Association had not yet been reviewed by police and the Crown Prosecution Service.
The 30-year-old is on conditional bail and will appear for a pre-trial review at the same court on October 5 and for trial at Newbury Magistrates' Court on December 12.
