Emergency services are at the scene of a crash involving two cars in Goslar Way.
A fire crew from Windsor came across the scene and stopped to help.
A crew from Slough is also there.
One person has been freed and firefighters are currently working to free another person from the crash.
Thames Valley Police and South Central Ambulance Service are in attendance.
Emergency services were called at about 3.15pm this afternoon.
UPDATE 4.27pm:
Twitter user @ladawncp tells us one side of the road, heading in the direction of the M4 has reopened but added: "It's bad. One car small blue Ford. Other car unrecognisable. Front of car gone. Tragic."
UPDATE 4.52pm:
Two people were injured in the crash, one of them seriously.
Goslar Way is still partially closed and a spokeswoman for Thames Valley Police said it is likely to remain shut for at least another hour.
She added their advice is for drivers to avoid the area.
