A 75-year-old man who died in a fatal car crash in Goslar Way in Windsor last week has been named.
Malcolm Golding, of Ruddlesway, Windsor, died on Wednesday, October 15, after his grey Ford Focus collided with a grey Vauxhall Meriva.
It is believed Mr Golding suffered a medical episode while at the wheel. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The female driver of the Meriva sustained serious injuries and was taken to St Mary's Hospital in Paddington, London, but has not been discharged.
An inquest into Mr Golding's death has been opened and adjourned to a unspecified date.
More than 50 street parties are set to take place this weekend across the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead and the surrounding areas.
An independent report into a Conservative councillor has found a breach of the Royal Borough’s code of conduct in a document seen by the Advertiser.
