A club is making a last ditch stand against efforts to make it close at 1am.
Pinks gentlemen's club in Oxford Road East, Windsor was granted a 3am weekend curfew time by the Royal Borough's licensing councillors.
But the same authority's planning councillors have consistantly insisted it close at 1am, which legally overrides the licensing decision.
Now the authority's planning department has prosecuted the club for breaching the 1am deadline.
But Pinks is pleading not guilty to the charge and a full trial is due to take place at Bracknell Magistrates Court on Monday.
