A national commemoration of the Christmas Truce has been taking place since Saturday and runs until Sunday.
Football Remembers is a joint venture by The FA, Premier League, Football League and the British Council – and supported by HRH The Duke of Cambridge.
On Saturday clubs across the country were being asked to pose for a combined pre-match photo with their opposition to remember the solidarity shown on the battlefields 100 years ago.
They could then upload the images to a special website here by tweeting or posting on Instagram using #FootballRemembers.
