The 'engaging Tudor-style composition' of Windsor & Eton Riverside station has been praised as it was included in a list of 10 great railway stations in England.
The station was named third on a list by English Heritage, which lauds it as the 'most playful station designed by Sir William Tite'.
London Paddington, known to so many commuters across the Royal Borough, was the first name on the list, being described as 'one of the wonders of British architecture'.
Newcastle Central, Carlisle Citadel and Huddersfield station are also among the among the stations on the list.
