Festive woolies were worn to work by staff at the Cardinal Clinic in aid of Save the Children.
The independent psychiatric hospital in Oakley Green Road took part in the charity's Christmas Jumper Day on Friday and raised £112.22.
The clinic has also spent the last couple of weeks collecting food, toiletries and gifts to donate to Foodshare Maidenhead.
Marketing manager Louise De Haan said : "The clinic made a huge collection last year and we are pleased to be contributing again this year.
"We hope the generosity of our staff will help towards some families having a better Christmas."
