A suspected fraudster and thief from Windsor will face trial after denying the charges against him.
Grant Farrell, of Clarence Road, faces three counts of committing fraud by false representation at Windsor Swimming Club in Barry Avenue.
The 50-year-old is also charged with three counts of false accounting and five counts of theft at Thames Valley Athletics Centre in Pococks Lane, Eton.
The alleged offences are believed to have taken place between March 2007 and March 2012.
Farrell appeared at Reading Crown Court for a plea and case management hearing in November where he pleaded not guilty to the charges.
He was due to appear at same court for trial today (Monday) but has been remanded on conditional bail with a trial date set for July 20.
