A spade was used to break into a house in Clewer.
Between 4.45pm and 7.40pm on Wednesday, February 11, burglars reached over a garden gate to open it before taking a spade from the shed and using it to prize open a fanlight kitchen window.
They then climbed in and were able to open the back door with the key.
The house was searched and a Dell Latitude 6430 laptop, jewellery, a Harrods pewter pocket watch and a ladies wristwatch were stolen.
Call police on 101 for information.
