More than a third of Slough schools were rated 'outstanding' in their most recent inspections, compared to a quarter in the Royal Borough.
Figures released by the Department for Education show 16 of the 43 school inspected in Slough Borough were outstanding. The same amount were rated as 'good'. Eight were deemed to require improvement, while three are 'inadequate'.
Out of Windsor and Maidenhead's 63 schools, 16 were outstanding, with 31 good, 14 require improvement and two are inadequate.
In Wokingham Borough, 14 out of 64 schools were outstanding, 41 were good and nine require improvement. No Wokingham schools were deemed to be inadequate.
The data comes from each school's most recent inspection, up to December 31 2014.
