An appeal has been launched by Legoland over a decision to refuse the construction of a new visitor attraction.
The Royal Borough rejected an application by the theme park for a new haunted house attraction in August.
The refusal was based on councillors fears that the attraction would attract even more visitors to the theme park and add to the already high levels of congestion.
But now the theme park, in Winkfield, Road has challenged the decision.
A decision date on the appeal has not been made.
More than 50 street parties are set to take place this weekend across the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead and the surrounding areas.
An independent report into a Conservative councillor has found a breach of the Royal Borough’s code of conduct in a document seen by the Advertiser.
