An appeal for witnesses has been made following a burglary in Old Windsor.

Between 10pm-10.30pm on Monday, April 13, a burglar climbed through a window to get into a house in William Ellis Close.

The victim raised the alarm and the crook left through the front door.

Cash, two leather wallets, debit cards, a grey National Trust bag and a lottery ticket were taken.

Police are urging anyone with information or who saw anyone acting suspiciously in the area to call 101.
