A licence review by the Royal Borough for nightclub Mantra is set to take place next week.
The Windsor club, which can be found under the railway arches in Goswell Hill, last had its licence reviewed a year ago and was given a 35-day ban and further conditions imposed on it.
The report to be considered by the borough’s licensing panel sub committee on Monday at the Guildhall in High Street states that police allege four licensing objectives are being undermined.
These are prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance and the protection of children from harm.
