The Queen and the Duchess of Cornwall were among the attendees as the Royal Windsor Horse Show kicked off on Wednesday.
Dubbed ‘Windsor Wednesday’, the show attracted huge crowds to Home Park for the first day of the event.
The Queen enjoyed success in two classes on the first day of the show.
Her Majesty, who has not missed a show since it began in 1943, came to watch several of her horses compete.
Marketing manager Jo Peck said Windsor Wednesday went ‘really well’ and the car park was fuller than last year.
She added they expect entry was up by 15 percent and that it was a ‘beautiful sunny day’.
