Families met resident cats as the Old Windsor Battersea Dogs & Cats Home held a ‘marvellous moggies tea party’.
On offer were arts and crafts, face painting, raffles and games.
More than 80 visitors had the chance to meet four-legged residents searching for new homes on Thursday, August 20.
Centre manager Kaye Mughal said: “We had a great day and bad weather didn't deter cat lovers from visiting our Old Windsor centre and enjoy the various activities available throughout the day.
“There were games like pin the hat on the cat, prizes were given out for a colouring competition and there was a 'find Rosie' game where children could find photos of Rosie the cat, who permanently resides at our centre.
“There was interest in a few of our feline residents, so we hope a few find homes as a result.”
