A Windsor weight-loss consultant has scooped an award after she helped members of her Saturday slimming group shed more than 400 stone in a year.
Kelly Taylor, who runs the Saturday Slimming World group at the Oakbridge Centre, in Imperial Road, has been given the ‘silver’ status by the national slimming club in recognition of her group’s success.
The accolade is awarded to Slimming World consultants who attract more than 100 members to their slimming sessions each week.
The group also celebrated its one year anniversary on Saturday.
Kelly said: “This award belongs to the Windsor Saturday group members. They’re the ones who make our group the success that it is.
“I’m over the moon to have become a silver consultant and now I’m going for gold, although I feel like I’ve already struck gold.”
Kelly’s slimming sessions take place at 9.30am and 11.30am every Saturday.
