An application to demolish offices in order to build 28 new homes on the edge of the River Thames in Windsor has been submitted to the Royal Borough.
Plans for four four-bed houses, 11 two-bed flats, seven three-bed flats and six two-bed duplex flats with basement parking were approved on August 6.
An application to demolish Mercer House in Thames Side, the home to Mercer Human Resource Consulting, was registered by the council on September 25.
A construction method statement states that site working hours will be between 8am-6pm Monday to Friday and 8am-1pm on Saturday, with no work undertaken on Sundays or Bank Holidays.
A decision is expected by November 20.
