Fans of Windsor's 'cafe society' are being warned not to leave mobile phones on tables while eating or drinking outside.
Two phones have been stolen recently when thieves approached unsuspecting people sitting at cafes and restaurants, asking them for directions.
The thieves spread a map on the table and took the mobile phones away with it when they left. Both incidents happened at Windsor Royal Station between 5.30-6pm on Thursday.
Diners are advised to leave phones in their handbags or in their pockets.
