Keen gym goers will now have the chance to try out ‘cutting edge’ group exercise classes at Windsor Leisure Centre.
Group-X-experience has now been launched at the centre in Stovell Road in partnership with group fitness guru Darryl Preston.
He told the Express: “Having spent more than 30 years at the forefront of group fitness internationally and here in the UK, I am passionate about creating a world class customer journey and community in group fitness here in my home town.”
“The development of Group-X-experience is really exciting.”
The sessions are now in full swing and open to members and non-members.
General Manager for Legacy Leisure, which runs the leisure centre, Mark Camp-Overy, said: “In collaboration with such an experienced and passionate group fitness leader means that the new Legacy brand Group-X-experience not only has an outstanding mix of classes, it sees the introduction of an instructor education programme to ensure that classes remain fresh and exciting.”
