A 25-year-old man from Windsor has been arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving following a fatal crash in Warfield.
Thames Valley Police is appealing for witnesses following the incident in Bishops Lane on Thursday.
At about 9.10pm a Subaru saloon travelling northbound left the road and crashed into trees and bushes.
A man in his late 20s died. His next of kin have been informed but no formal identification has taken place.
Investigating Officer PC Dave Beeson said: “Our thoughts are with the family at this very difficult time.
“We would ask anyone who witnessed this incident or has any information that could assist the investigation to call the serious collision investigation unit 24-hour enquiry line 101, quoting URN 1497 11/2.”
