Self-service kiosks, digital menu boards and tablet computers are just some of the innovative features that have been introduced at a Windsor fast-food restaurant.
McDonald’s, in Thames Street, has reopened following a refurbishment.
MP for Windsor Adam Afriyie and Cllr Eileen Quick Mayor of Windsor and Maidenhead visited the restaurant on Friday, February 5 and helped cut the ribbon to mark the grand re-opening.
Customers will now be able to browse the entire menu when they are choosing their food and check out the nutritional information of each meal at the same time.
Free-to-use tablets will also be available to use on some tables which will allow customers to check their emails and keep up-to-date with the latest news while they are eating.
