Two people were stuck 20 feet in the air on a ride at Legoland Windsor before fire crews helped them down.
A pump from Windsor attended the scene at around 10.30am to free a young boy and his uncle from the Space Tower.
The crew used a triple extension ladder to reach the two and bring them back down to earth.
Neither were injured.
A spokesman for Legoland said: "We had a minor mechanical fault on our Space Tower ride at the park yesterday. Two guests were safely removed from the ride with ladder assistance from the fire service.
"After warming up with hot drinks they were back out enjoying the park with VIP fast track wristbands and enjoyed a meal in our hotel last night.
"The Space Tower will be open as normal today."
