Windsor residents are being invited to the unveiling of plans for a new mixed-use housing development in Trinity Yard.
On Wednesday, Sorbon Estates will hold a public exhibition to unveil proposals for a new development in the area.
The development proposals include seven ground floor commercial units, suitable for a range of uses, 15 courtyard apartments with residential parking and a pedestrianised courtyard.
The team will be on hand to explain more about the development at the exhibition, share insights into the plans, answer questions and listen to residents’ thoughts.
Tim Matthews of Sorbon Estates, said: “We’re delighted to share our vision for the Trinity Yard development with the Windsor community.
“This project combines a thoughtful blend of new residential apartments above modernised commercial spaces on the ground floor, all designed to enhance the area while preserving its historic charm.
“We look forward to welcoming guests to the exhibition and addressing any questions they may have about this exciting addition to Windsor.”
Residents can drop in at anytime between 4pm and 8pm on Wednesday at Harpers 59a St. Leonards Road, Windsor SL4 3BX.
