General manager Chris Good - who has run the club formerly known as Vanilla at Goswell Hill, Windsor, for 18 months - said this week that the first night would be on Sunday, December 1.
The Love and Freedom Polysexual night is inspired by the famous New York club Studio 54 says Mike. It will feature the DJ Michael Andre - brother of Peter, backed by Sandra D and Adam Foster, fire eating drag artist Miss Juicy and 'gay friendly' security staff.
Admission will be £5 before 11pm.
Chris, whose experience running clubs includes the Velvet Underground in Soho, said that if the event is a success he will make it monthly.
He said: "My brother is gay and there is a large gay community in the area but at the moment nowhere specifically aimed at them."
