Witnesses of an assault at Ascot Racecourse are being asked to come forward.
At about 9.30pm on Saturday, August 6, a 30-year-old man was assaulted by two men outside of the ticket office, close to the exit of the racecourse.
The victim received serious eye injuries and possible lasting visual impairment.
The first attacker is described as a boy about 16-years-old and the second is a man, possibly in his 30s.
Thames Valley Police has released CCTV images of a group who may hold vital information in connection with the incident.
Investigating officer, Detective Constable Amanda Winterbourne, said: “This was a nasty attack, which has understandably left the victim traumatised and with serious injuries which may result in possible lasting visual impairment."
