The two most successful jockeys and trainers at Windsor this season were again among the winners on Monday evening.

Oisin Murphy took his tally to 14 first places, while a double lifted Tom Marquand to six.

Richard Hannon sent out two winners and Richard Hughes one, leaving them with seven and six respectively for the year at the track.

Both the Hannon horses were ridden by Sean Levey. The first came on debutant Lebron Power (13/2) in the British Stallion Studs Newcomers'

Maiden Stakes, followed by Bondi (11/2) in the Download The Fitzdares App Now Handicap.

The three-year-old Bondi had finished fifth and fourth on his previous two runs at Windsor in April and May.

Marquand completed his double aboard 2/7 favourite Orionis in the three-runner River Thames Fillies' Handicap, and on Channagide (5/2) in the Carrington Wealth Management Handicap which had attracted only four entries.

Of the seven races, only three offered each-way terms for the punters.

Despite having little to beat, Orionis was a welcome winner for trainer William Haggas had a disappointing Royal Ascot by high standards with only one winner.

Marco Botti saddled Channagide (5/2), who was winning at the eighth attempt, holding off 11/8 favourite Jet Black, ridden by Murphy.

Murphy's only success on the evening came with Nogo's Dream (9/5) in the five-runner Fitzdares Sprint Series qualifier.

The Richard Hughes-trained five-year-old was following up his win at Windsor last month.

Members of the popular Elite Racing Club cheered home Roger Varian's Silent City (11/10 favourite), ridden by Silvestre De Sousa, in the 14-runner Restricted Maiden Stakes, finishing more than three lengths clear of the Hannon-trained Gennadius (7/2), ridden by Levey.

The Royal Windsor Supports Racing Staff Week Apprentice Handicap was won by Lequinto (3/1 favourite), a regular visitor to the Riverside track. The eight-year-old from Tony Carroll's yard was running his 56th race, and this was his first success since his victory at Windsor two years ago. It was also apprentice Matthew Slater's very first win in 24 rides.

Windsor next race this Saturday afternoon, their annual ladies' day with prizes going to the best dressed, and it will be followed by their usual meeting next Monday evening.
