A day full of games, entertainment and plenty of food and drink is promised as Happy’s Circus comes to Waltham St Lawrence Primary School in September.
The action-packed event will see an all-human circus extravaganza arrive in the playing field behind the school on Saturday, September 28.
With gates opening at 11.30am, visitors will enjoy a day of food, drink, games and plenty of activities before the event kicks off in the afternoon.
The main event will begin at 1.30pm under the Big Top.
The circus, which is well-known for its captivating performances and international artists, promises ‘a show that will reawaken your imagination and bring joy to audiences of all ages’.
With more than three decades of experience, the circus boasts family entertainment in a contemporary style.
Proceeds from the event will go towards improving the outdoor learning environment, further boosting outside education and establishing a closer connection with nature for pupils at the school.
The Big Top will open at 1pm and the show will take place from 1.30pm to 3.30pm.
Entrance to the event will be via the gate on Brook Lane and there will be parking available in the adjoining field on Brook Lane.
