THE leader of South Oxfordshire District Council has stepped down.
Councillor David Rouane, a Liberal Democrat Councillor, has led the council since October 2021.
Cllr Rouane will continue as a ward member for Didcot North East.
A new leader, Maggie Filipova-Rivers, was elected at the full council meeting on Thursday (11).
