Parking:
Buckinghamshire Council has warned it is set to introduce a number of new parking restrictions in Taplow, primarily around the village’s railway station.
New restrictions will see no waiting on double yellow lines in place 24-7 for Approach Road, Bath Road, Boundary Road, Marsh Lane and Station Road.
Other measures include ‘keep clear’ markings, a 10-minute waiting restriction in permitted areas and a pay by phone parking method – all set for Approach Road.
Boundary Road will see resident parking permits introduced as well as rules limiting waiting times to two hours.
Parking problems around Taplow Railway Station have historically seen residents and drivers call for action.

Road closures:
Part of Winter Hill in Cookham Dean will be closed in mid-October to allow for fibre optic cabling installation.
The closure will affect the road from the southern boundary of the property called Chimneys, and progress northwards for 175metres.
Works are set to begin on Monday October 13 and finish on Friday October 17. Closure will be in effect during the works each day, from 9.30am until 3.30pm.
A diversion will be available via Winter Hill, Bradcutts Lane, Dean Lane and Winter Hill.
