Willis returns with maximum

In the same division, a maximum on his return from Jeremy Willis helped Sonning Common and Peppard C to a 5-5 draw with Kingfisher E. Willis beat Ian Clothier 8-11, 11-8, 12-10,
1-11, 11-8.

Alistair Scott and Simon Blake both got wins in Sonning Common and Peppard E team’s 7-3 defeat against Sonning Sports E. Scott beat Dave Chard 8-11, 8-11, 11-8, 11-1, 11-9 while Blake missed out against the same player by the narrowest of margins, losing 7-11, 11-9, 12-10, 10-12, 18-20.
