A JAZZ quartet will take to the stage at Progress Theatre in Reading this evening.
Jazz at Progress presents the Alex Hitchcock Quartet, with Alex Hitchcock (tenor sax), Will Barry (piano), Joe Downard (bass) and Luke McCarthy (drums).
London-born saxophonist, composer, arranger and producer Alex lives in New York, touring extensively. He is regularly accompanied by Will, with Joe as the bedrock and Luke as a newcomer building a great reputation.

A former head of music at Newlands Girls’ School in Maidenhead has been banned from teaching indefinitely over a litany of ‘sexually motivated’ advances on students.
