Fire crews from Slough and Langley were at the scene of a crash involving two cars in Slough.
At 4.17pm on Monday, the Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service (RBFRS) received reports of a crash in Uxbridge Road.
Crews from Slough and Langley were sent to the incident alongside an officer from Surrey Fire and Rescue Service.
Upon arriving, crews discovered a crash involving two cars.
Firefighters rescued one person from a car and provided immediate emergency care to a further three people, before placing them in the care of South Central Ambulance Service.
Crews were at the scene of the incident for approximately one hour.
