Police want to speak to the two people in connection with an assault (images: Thames Valley Police)
CCTV images of two people have been released in connection with an investigation into an assault outside a Mediterranean restaurant in Windsor.
Police said officers wanted to speak to the pair in connection with an attack on a man who was kicked in the head near Meimo’s Restaurant in Peascod Street at around 8pm on Tuesday, September 30.
The victim, in his 50s, was also punched and dragged to the floor in the assault. He needed hospital treatment for his injuries, but has since been discharged.
Anyone with information has been urged to call 111 or make a report online.
Investigating officer PC Connor De Meyer said: “I am appealing to anyone who witnessed this assault or has information that may assist us to please get in touch.
“If you recognise these people in the images, or if either of them are you, please contact us as we think they may have vital information that could assist our investigation.
“I recognise the images are not of good quality, but if you can help, please call 101 or report it online via our website, quoting 43250500018.
