Firefighters had to give emergency care to a woman injured during a house fire in Wexham yesterday (Wednesday, December, 21).
At 9.45am, crews were called to house fire in Uxbridge Road, George Green.
Four crews and fire engines from Slough, Langley, Gerrards Cross and Beaconsfield attending, with one officer.
Smoke was issuing from the building when they arrived.
The firefighters provided immediate emergency care to one woman who was out of the house, injured.
She was passed into the care of South Central Ambulance Service.
The firefighters used six sets of breathing apparatus and three hose reels.
The house was 20 per cent damaged by fire and 80 per cent damaged by smoke.
